Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and professional Senior Beauty Therapist / Nail Technician to join our esteemed salon team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for beauty treatments, exceptional customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your expertise in a welcoming environment, providing high-quality services to our valued clients. The position is paid and suitable for individuals committed to delivering outstanding beauty care whilst maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour.

Duties

Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and specialised skincare services
Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and providing tailored advice and recommendations
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to ensure the highest standards of service
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise wait times
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews
Assist in product sales by educating clients on suitable skincare or nail products

Experience

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist and Nail Technician with a recognised qualification in beauty therapy
Demonstrable expertise in waxing, nail artistry, and skincare treatments
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with clients from diverse backgrounds
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
A passion for ongoing learning within the beauty industry to enhance skills and knowledge
