Full job description

We're looking for a motivated, detail-driven Marketing Assistant to join our Edinburgh-based team. You'll support the delivery of campaigns across a diverse range of clients and sectors — gaining real, hands-on experience from day one. This is an entry-level role built for someone with the ambition to learn fast, take ownership early, and grow within a professional, fast-paced environment.

The Role

As Marketing Assistant, you'll provide essential coordination and administrative support across a variety of live campaigns and client projects. Working closely with experienced marketing professionals, you'll be involved at every stage of the project lifecycle — from initial planning through to final delivery. It's a role that rewards those who are proactive, organised, and eager to make a genuine contribution.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the management of campaign timelines to ensure milestones and deadlines are consistently met
Preparing and refining presentations, reports, and client-facing materials
Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients, gathering information and providing timely project updates
Coordinating logistics for meetings, shoots, and events across multiple projects
Keeping campaign records, budgets, and project schedules accurate and up to date
Identifying and resolving day-to-day administrative issues to keep projects on track
Assisting with research and preparation during the early stages of new campaigns
