Band 7 | £35,412 - £39,152 (dependent on experience)
37 hours per week | Permanent

Sea Lodge is a specialist, nurse-led supported living service on the stunning Northumberland coastline. Rated Good by CQC, we provide high-quality, person-centred support to two adults with learning disabilities and complex health and behavioural needs, enabling them to live fulfilling lives in their own home.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join our experienced and supportive team.

This is far more than a traditional nursing role. As a Band 7 Nurse at Sea Lodge, you will:

Lead shifts and provide clinical leadership within a well-established multidisciplinary team.

Deliver and oversee person-centred care that promotes independence,choiceand wellbeing.

Use your professional judgement to assess risk, manage complexsituationsand support positive outcomes.

Coach,mentorand supervise support staff, helping them deliver exceptional care.

Build meaningful relationships with service users,familiesand partner professionals.

Contribute to care planning, servicedevelopmentand continuous quality improvement.

About You
We're looking for a Registered Learning Disability Nurse who is:

✅ A confident decision-maker with strong clinical and risk management skills.

To be successful, you must:

Hold current RNLD registration with the NMC.

Have post-registration experience working within learning disability services.

Demonstrate knowledge of person-centred care, safeguarding, riskassessmentand relevant legislation.

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work-Life Balance
This full-time position is based on a rotational day shift pattern, typically:
3 x 12.5-hour shifts per week
07:45am – 8:15pm
