Accommodation Manager
We are currently recruiting for an Accommodation Manager to join our team!

The Role
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accommodation Manager located in Newcastle. The Accommodation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residence, managing staff, maintaining the building and facilities, ensuring health and safety compliance, and providing exceptional customer service to residents.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a strong and confident individual to come on board and help manage a small team to ensure the site operates to full capacity all year round. We expect our accommodation managers to be brand champions and lead from the front setting a standard and example to staff.
Our business relies on students wanting to stay with us, and as Accommodation Manager we would expect you to be the key driver behind your team to ensure we are offering the best service to our students.
Do you fit the criteria?
- Experience in property management or similar field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Good IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Experience of working with HMO properties or PBSA properties.

Pay: £31,350.00 per year
