Up to £15.00 per hour + £55 Daily Crew Bonus | Full-Time | Immediate Start

We're looking for reliable and customer-focused Delivery Drivers to join our growing AO Home Delivery team based in Crawley.

This is a full-time, self-employed role offering consistent work throughout the year, competitive pay, excellent earning potential, and full training. If you enjoy driving, working as part of a team, and delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay & Benefits

£14.00 per hour (Tuesday to Friday)
Extra 50p per hour every Monday (£14.50 per hour)
£15.00 per hour (Saturday & Sunday)
£55 daily crew bonus for achieving delivery and customer service targets
Full-time, ongoing work throughout the year
Full training provided
Performance-related bonuses
Immediate starts available

The Role

As part of a two-person delivery crew, you'll:

Deliver AO appliances safely to customers' homes.
Provide excellent customer service on every delivery.
Install appliances where required (full training provided).
Represent AO professionally while ensuring every customer receives a first-class experience.
Work as part of a friendly and supportive team.

What We're Looking For

Full UK Category B driving licence.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Reliable, punctual and professional.
Physically fit, as the role involves lifting household appliances.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
