Utility Arborist / Vegetation Management Operative

Location: Near Horsham, West Sussex
Full-Time PAYE Position

Bronzeleaf Group Ltd is a growing arboricultural and vegetation management contractor based near Horsham, West Sussex. We deliver long-term contracts across the South East for major clients including SSEN and UKPN, alongside railway, highway, commercial and domestic tree work.

Due to continued growth and a substantial secured work bank, we are looking for motivated Utility Arborists and Vegetation Management Operatives to join our expanding team.

About the Role

You will undertake a range of vegetation management and arboricultural operations, working as part of a professional and safety-focused team across the South East.

We are looking for individuals who are:

Keen to develop their skills and progress within the industry

Essential Requirements

UA1 certification (minimum)
UA2 (Useful)
Ground saw tickets
Experience within arboriculture
Full, clean UK driving licence
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Good physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in all conditions

Desirable Qualifications

Additional Utility Arboriculture units
Chainsaw and climbing qualifications
MEWP qualifications
Experience working on utility or railway contracts

A Network Rail medical and Drugs & Alcohol screening and medical will be required prior to employment.
