What experience you will have:
· Previous Senior Host, reception or guest-facing hospitality experience is desirable
· 2+ years of using SevenRooms CRM System
· A warm, confident and welcoming approach to every guest
· Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone and over email
· Confidence managing bookings, guest flow and first impressions
· Ability to stay calm, organised and professional during busy services
· A helpful, team-first attitude
· Strong attention to detail
