We are looking for a motivated Trainee Mobile Facilities Operative to join our growing team. No previous experience is required—we'll provide all the training you need to develop specialist skills within the industry.

About the Role
As a Trainee Mobile Facilities Operative, you'll work alongside experienced technicians delivering specialist cleaning services at commercial premises across the UK.
Your duties will include:
- Specialist carpet cleaning
- Hard floor cleaning and restoration
- High-level cleaning
- Brass and metal restoration
- Periodic deep cleaning
- Specialist one-off cleaning projects
- Supporting other specialist cleaning services as required
- Operating professional cleaning equipment and machinery
- Driving company vehicles to customer sites
- Delivering outstanding customer service while representing Xpedia professionally
Every day is different, and you'll gain experience working in a wide variety of prestigious commercial environments.

Working Hours
Working hours vary depending on customer requirements and project locations, so flexibility is essential. Some work will take place outside standard office hours, including evenings, weekends and occasional overnight stays away from home.
