Pay: from £13.35+ per hour depending on experience & skill with wage to be over minimum wage for the age of the candidate. Salary & benefits package to be discussed based on experience.
ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for creative & passionate beauty specialist who takes ultimate pride in their work to join our specialist team. Specifically we are looking for a nail specialist however, experience in brows, lashes, laser, facials & massage treatments is also desirable & advantageous. There may be opportunity to progress & specialise in other areas.
REQUIREMENTS
· Full time & part-time employed positions available.
· Must be available to work weekends & evenings.
· Essential: must hold UK recognised qualifications in nails including manicure, pedicure, gel polish & builder gel. Due to our client base, nail art is an essential skill.
· Desirable but not essential: HD Brows, LVL Lashes, lash extensions, eFile & nail enhancement qualifications (hard gel, full coverage tips), facials, massage & waxing preferable but not essential. NVQ level 2 or higher in beauty therapy desirable but not essential.
- Advanced training can be provided as part of specialists advanced development.
EXPECTATIONS
· Ability to confidently recommend & provide bespoke treatments to the clients individual needs & expectations
· Good general & treatment specific time keeping
· Promote all treatments & products available at Renuvo Beauty
· To keep a positive attitude & remain professional at all times
· Excellent customer service skills
· Basic admin skills such as booking clients through our online booking system
· Carry out general salon duties including ensuring all salon areas & tools are hygienic & tidy at all times
· High standard of personal appearance
· Good social media skills including excellent treatment photography
