Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator
Location: Golf Gear Goods, Crewe, Cheshire
Job Type: Full Time (Office Based)
Salary: £25,000–£30,000 DOE
Become the right-hand person behind several ambitious, fast-growing businesses.
This isn’t your typical Executive Assistant role.
We’re looking for someone who loves organisation, thrives on variety and enjoys solving problems before they become problems.
You’ll work directly alongside the founder of a group of growing businesses within the golf industry, helping keep everything running smoothly while playing a key role in launching new ideas, improving systems and supporting day-to-day operations.
No two days are the same.
One morning you could be organising meetings, speaking with suppliers and coordinating projects. That afternoon you might be researching new AI tools, helping prepare a product launch, arranging travel or ensuring multiple businesses are on track to hit their goals.
If you’re the type of person who enjoys taking ownership, spotting opportunities to improve how things are done and becoming genuinely indispensable to a business, we’d love to hear from you.

- Golf Gear Giveaways

- Building and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Keeping project trackers updated
- Liaising with suppliers, freelancers and external partners
AI & Technology
We’re big believers in using technology to work smarter.
You’ll regularly use AI tools to improve efficiency, assist with research, draft documents and identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.
We want someone who can spot opportunities where tech can be used to make processes more efficient or higher producing.
Marketing & Content Support
We will be hiring a dedicated Social Media Manager, so this isn’t a content creation role.
However, you’ll occasionally help with:
- Organising content libraries
- Scheduling approved posts
- Coordinating creators and content days
- Simple Canva edits
- Capturing occasional behind-the-scenes content
- General marketing administration
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is naturally organised and loves bringing order to busy environments

- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is confident juggling multiple projects at once
- Enjoys solving problems
- Learns new software quickly
- Is comfortable using modern technology and AI tools
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Is trustworthy, discreet and dependable
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Wants to build a long-term career with a growing business
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator or similar would be an advantage, but mindset and attitude are just as important.
What you’ll get
- Work directly with the founder across several ambitious businesses.
- A role where you’ll genuinely make an impact every single day.
- The opportunity to grow into a senior Operations or Chief of Staff position as the businesses expand.
- Exposure to business strategy, marketing, AI, operations and entrepreneurship.
- A modern working environment based at Golf Gear Goods in Crewe.
- Staff discounts across our businesses.
- Ongoing training and development.
- The chance to help shape how multiple businesses grow over the coming years.
The type of person who’ll thrive here
You’ll probably enjoy productivity / organisation, finding better ways of doing things and taking pride in being incredibly efficient.
You like ticking things off, making people’s lives easier and getting genuine satisfaction from seeing projects move forward because you’ve kept everything on track.
You’re proactive, curious and happy wearing LOTS of different hats.
Most importantly, you’re looking for more than “just a job”—you want to become a key part of building something exciting.
