About Us
Golf Gear Goods is a growing golf retail store and Trackman simulator venue based in Crewe.
Alongside the retail business, we also operate additional golf brands and e-commerce businesses, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to gain experience across retail, marketing, social media, customer service and online sales.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and proactive individual to become an important part of our growing team.
This is a varied and exciting role that combines customer service, retail operations, simulator management, social media marketing, local business development, community engagement and e-commerce fulfilment.
No two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers into the golf shop and simulator venue
- Managing simulator bookings and ensuring customers have a great experience
- Opening and closing the premises when required
- Providing excellent customer service both in-store and online
- Assisting customers with golf equipment, products and services
- Managing and assisting with multiple social media accounts
- Creating, scheduling and publishing social media content
- Responding to messages, comments and customer enquiries
- Assisting with photography and video content creation
- Packing and dispatching customer orders on a daily basis
- Assisting with stock management and merchandising
- Supporting promotional campaigns, events and product launches
- General administration and day-to-day business support
Community & Local Marketing
A key part of this role will involve helping to grow awareness of Golf Gear Goods within the local area.
The successful candidate will be encouraged to build relationships with local businesses, sports clubs, societies and community groups to help promote both our retail store and Trackman simulator venue.
Responsibilities may include:
- Building relationships with local businesses and organisations
- Identifying local partnership opportunities
- Promoting simulator experiences and events
- Helping to organise in-store events, competitions and open days
- Supporting local marketing campaigns
- Developing creative ideas to attract new customers into the shop and simulator venue
- Representing the business positively within the local community

An interest in golf would be advantageous but is not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, marketing, social media, events, content creation or business development.

- Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Canva
- Photography
- Video creation and editing
- Shopify or e-commerce platforms
