Full job description

Job Summary

Gossford Constructions are seeking a versatile and skilled Plasterer / Multi Skilled tradesperson to join our family owned construction business.

The successful candidate will also need to have skills in one of the following:

1st & 2nd fix carpentry
Brick or Block laying
Groundworks

Skills

Proven experience in plastering
External rendering ideally with experience with lime
Sillicone based renders
Sand and Cement
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
The ability to work independently to a high standard
Flexibility to adapt across multiple trades as project demands evolve
Demonstrated commitment to safety procedures and quality standards within the construction industry
Excellent time keeping and the ability to work within stated timeframes

This role is based on a 3 month self employed contract, later leading to a full time employed position with additional company benefits such as company vehicle with for the right candidate.

Pay: £140.00-£200.00 per day

Experience:

Plastering : 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
