An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced Health Visitor with current practice experience to work on a full-time, permanent basis within the Health Visiting team based at Buchlyvie Health Centre.
The successful candidate will be a key member of the Health Visiting team, working with a varied client population including children and families with additional and complex needs. The post covers the Stirling North and Rural area and contributes to the delivery of the Universal Health Visiting Pathway.
Applicants should have experience in caseload management, child protection and safeguarding, working with families presenting with complex needs, and delivering health improvement interventions. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.

As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
