Crieff Care Dental – Associate Dentist (General Dentist)

Crieff Care Dental is a well-established and growing dental practice located in Crieff, Scotland. We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our friendly and supportive clinical team, with an immediate start available.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern, mixed practice environment with a strong emphasis on private dentistry growth, alongside an established NHS base. The role offers excellent earning potential, clinical autonomy, and long-term career development within a supportive setting.

What We Offer

Established and growing patient base with high demand
Majority private workload (approx. 70% private conversion by clinicians)
Highland Dental Plan patients included
Associate rate: 50%
Strong diary utilisation with opportunity for rapid book growth
Supportive and experienced clinical and practice team
Flexible scheduling with late-night finishing options (except Fridays)
Opportunity to develop both NHS and private clinical skills

Position Details

Start date: ASAP
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (flexible late nights available, except Friday)
Growth-focused / book build opportunity

About You

You will be a dedicated and clinically confident dentist with:

GDC registration and eligibility to work in the UK
Experience or interest in mixed NHS/private dentistry
Strong communication and patient care skills
A proactive approach to treatment planning and private conversion
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Commitment to ongoing professional development
