From a single Victorian hotel in 1868 to a family of seven hotels across three of Scotland's most beautiful corners, our story is one of adventure, warmth and reinvention. Now we're entering an exciting new chapter of growth and we're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help shape how the world sees us. This is a rare opportunity to put your creative fingerprint on a much-loved Scottish brand and help define its next 150 years.
About the role
This is a brand-new role, created as we invest in our creative future. As our Graphic Designer, you'll be the visual heartbeat of the business, bringing our brand to life across everything from guest-facing campaigns to the internal collateral that keeps our family of hotels connected.
Working as part of our marketing team, you'll split your time between home and our stunning Scottish locations. One day you might be designing a spa brochure, the next a recruitment campaign, a signage refresh, a social media series or the templates that empower teams across all seven hotels to stay on-brand.
Day to day, you'll:
- Develop and evolve our brand identity, ensuring a consistent, distinctive look and feel across every touchpoint
- Design a wide range of guest-facing materials including brochures, menus, advertising, signage, digital and social content
- Create internal collateral and templates that help teams across the business communicate beautifully and consistently
- Build and maintain brand guidelines, asset libraries and design toolkits
- Collaborate with marketing, operations and leadership to turn ideas into striking visual work
- Bring fresh thinking and new ideas as we grow, staying curious about design trends and what's next
What we need from you
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally with brand development or in-house experience
- A strong portfolio showing creativity, versatility and a keen eye for detail
- Fluency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); motion, video or web design skills are a bonus
- Experience creating and maintaining brand guidelines and design systems
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative, positive and proactive mindset and happy to lead a project or roll up your sleeves
- A passion for hospitality, storytelling and building brands people love
