We are seeking an outstanding, experienced qualitative researcher to join a world leading interdisciplinary research team investigating the implementation and scale up of Hospital at Home models of care across the UK, funded by the NIHR.
You will work across Warwick Business School and Warwick Medical School, working within a vibrant community of both organisation scientists and clinical academics. You will have full access to the academic communities and resources across both the WBS and WMS, and work closely with the WBS Centre for organising Health and Care Research.

About You
You should hold a PhD in organisation and management or related field, with experience of applying organisation and sociological theories of innovation/change to healthcare settings and have extensive knowledge of the change management challenges facing complex organisations, where operational pressures are intense. A strong track record of leading qualitative research projects, gathering and analysing primary and secondary qualitative data, writing policy briefings for policy makers and executives, and a strong track record in influencing the practices of professionals, managers and frontline staff is essential.
Your experience will also include: administration and governance of research projects; development of evidence-based briefings for leaders, policy makers and managers; and liaison and advisory experience with senior healthcare leaders and service managers.

If you are near submission of your PhD, or have not yet had it conferred, any offers of employment will be made at Research Assistant level, at the highest spinal point of pay grade 5 (£34,610 per annum).
Upon receipt of evidence confirming the successful award of your PhD, you will be promoted to Research Fellow, at the lowest spinal point of grade 6 (£35,608 per annum).
