Nestled on the North Norfolk coast, The Pheasant is an elegant country hotel offering exceptional hospitality in a stunning setting. Recently renovated, our bar, restaurants and boutique accommodation combine timeless charm with outstanding food, warm service and memorable guest experiences.

As part of the award-winning Coaching Inn Group, recently recognised as Which? Hotel Group of the Year, we're looking for enthusiastic and friendly Food & Beverage Assistants to join our passionate team.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by:

Providing warm, friendly and professional customer service.
Serving food and beverages in our restaurant, bar and outdoor dining areas.
Preparing tables and ensuring all dining areas are clean, welcoming and beautifully presented.
Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional service.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
Helping create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys working with people.
Delivers excellent customer service with confidence and enthusiasm.
Works well as part of a team in a busy hospitality environment.
Is reliable, flexible and willing to learn.
Previous hospitality experience is welcomed but not essential—full training will be provided.
