Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Wedding and Events Coordinator to join our team at Oakhill Hotel Limited in. This role is vital in orchestrating memorable events that reflect our commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction. The Role
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll spend part of your week planning and coordinating weddings and events, then executing the Weddings usually at a Weekend, working with clients from their initial enquiry through to their special day.
You'll also be an important part of our hotel's day-to-day operations. As a small, close-knit team, everyone gets involved, so you'll regularly:
- Welcome and check in hotel guests, working all Front of House roles.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the hotel and venue
You'll also manage our TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts, creating engaging content that showcases our weddings, events, and venue. With full creative freedom, you'll have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas to life and help grow our online presence.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, and is happy to get involved in every aspect of hotel, hospitality, and event operations.
