Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining windows for residential and commercial properties, using reach and wash window cleaning equipment.
This is a physically demanding role that requires occasional working at heights and using ladders. If you have a strong work ethic and enjoy working outdoors in all weather, we encourage you to apply.
Start time is 7:30 AM. Weekly hours are up to 42.5, with overtime paid at time and a half.
Duties:
- Clean windows for residential and commercial properties using industry-leading tools and equipment
- Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from glass surfaces
- Occasional ladder work
- Ensure safety protocols are followed when working at heights
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and tools
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions
- Driving your own company van to various properties
- Cleaning and emptying gutters & fascia
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Window Cleaner is preferred but not required - we hire for attitude and train for skill
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Pay: £29,000.00 -£32,500.00 per year + bonuses, with sizable annual pay increases
