Overview
We require a well presented individual who must have experience in lettings

Must be personal and have use of own car . OTE in excess of £30,000 .

We are a small and successful team who deal with both sales and lettings from the same high street office

Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Carry out inspections, inventories and deal with maintenance issues.
Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and market analyses.
Collaborate with other professionals such as contractors .
Provide exceptional customer service throughout process.

Qualifications

Strong organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client relationships effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Administrative proficiency to handle paperwork accurately and efficiently.
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A genuine interest in the property market and commitment to ongoing professional development.
