Customer Growth Executive

Are you an ambitious sales professional who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and growing customer accounts?

CPR Guardian is a fast-growing provider of wearable personal safety and medical alert technology. Our innovative solutions help families, vulnerable individuals, lone workers, and care professionals stay safe through GPS tracking, fall detection, SOS alerts, and subscription-based monitoring services.

We're looking for a commercially focused Customer Growth Executive to convert enquiries into customers, maximise recurring subscription revenue, and build long-term customer relationships. This is a sales-first role where your success will be measured by revenue growth, customer retention, and account expansion.

The Role

As a Customer Growth Executive, you'll own the commercial customer journey—from first enquiry through to subscription renewal and account growth.

You'll identify customer needs, recommend the right solutions, close sales, and proactively develop existing accounts through upgrades, renewals, and additional services. While you'll ensure customers have a great experience, your primary focus is driving revenue and increasing customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Growth

Convert inbound enquiries into device and subscription sales
Proactively follow up on leads to maximise conversion opportunities
Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable solutions
Upsell premium subscriptions, accessories, and additional services
Drive subscription activations, renewals, and contract retention
Maximise customer lifetime value through ongoing account development
Build strong relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

Account Management & Customer Success

Deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new customers
Maintain regular contact with customers to identify growth opportunities
Ensure customers maximise the value of their devices and services
Resolve customer issues efficiently, working with the wider team where required
Proactively retain customers approaching renewal or showing signs of disengagement
Encourage satisfied customers to leave positive online reviews and referrals
Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services

What We're Looking For

Proven success in sales, business development, account management, or customer success
Strong consultative selling and closing skills
Experience selling subscription or recurring revenue services is highly desirable
A commercial mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated
Comfortable managing multiple opportunities through a sales pipeline
Experience in healthcare, telecare, technology, SaaS, or wearable devices would be advantageous

Subscription activation rate
Upsell and cross-sell revenue
