Horticulturist – Soft Landscaping Team

We Love Plants, an award-winning garden design studio led by Nic Howard, is looking for an experienced Horticulturist to join our Soft Landscaping team.
We are based in Redhill, Surrey, and work across a range of high-end residential gardens. This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about plants and has a strong background in horticulture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planting and maintaining residential gardens to a high standard
- Work closely with the design team to implement planting plans
- Maintain plant health and presentation across multiple sites
- Follow set schedules and work efficiently with the rest of the team
Requirements:
- Proven experience in horticulture or soft landscaping
- Strong plant knowledge and passion for working outdoors
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Ability to start early (7:30am)
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice

Salary: Competitive – based on experience
