Tigers Gymnastics Centre | Tunbridge Wells

Are you enthusiastic, reliable and enjoy working with children?

We're looking for motivated young people aged 15+ to join our coaching team as Junior Coaches. This is a part-time role, with opportunities to work weekday evenings from 4:15pm, weekends and during school holidays, making it ideal alongside school or college.

No previous coaching qualifications are required – full training and support will be provided.

What you'll do

Assist qualified coaches during gymnastics classes
Help create a safe, fun and positive environment for children
Support with birthday parties and Holiday Club sessions
Build confidence, communication and leadership skills
Progress through our structured coaching pathway

What we're looking for

Aged 15 years or over
Friendly, enthusiastic and reliable
Confident working with children
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to regularly work weekdays from 4:15pm, weekends, and during school holidays (subject to availability)

British Gymnastics Helper Course (funded for eligible candidates)

Recruitment Process

Successful applicants will be invited to:

Attend an informal Open Day
Observe a coaching session
Complete a short supervised coaching assessment period
Begin a supported coaching programme with full mentoring
