About the Role
AT ECO Windows & Doors Ltd is recruiting on behalf of its installation partner, Instaglass Ltd, for an experienced Window & Door Installer.
This is a hands-on role involving the installation of high-quality window and door systems, including premium European products, across residential and high-end projects.
You will be responsible for delivering installations to a high standard, working professionally on client sites, and ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate and efficient installation of uPVC, aluminium and timber windows and doors
- Installation of sliding doors, lift-and-slide systems, bifold doors, entrance doors, and large glazing units
- Removal of existing frames and preparation of structural openings
- Ensuring all installations are level, aligned, secure, and meet technical specifications
- Sealing, finishing, and carrying out final adjustments
- Working closely with surveyors, project managers, and clients
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional working environment on site
- Reporting any issues, defects, or site challenges promptly
- Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with company standards and health & safety requirements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in window and door installation
- Knowledge of different window and door systems
- Solid understanding of construction and fitting processes
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- High attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Good problem-solving skills and a positive can-do attitude
- Professional approach when dealing with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable (but Not Essential)
- Experience with premium systems such as Internorm, Schüco, Reynaers, Drutex or similar
- Experience with large glazing installations and high-end residential projects
- CSCS Card
- Experience using glazing lifting equipment

Working Hours
