Our operating model gives our District Managers the opportunity to truly lead rather than simply oversee. With responsibility for around 10–12 stores, you'll have the time to build meaningful relationships with your Store Managers and teams, understand what makes each location unique and make a genuine difference to both your people and your business. We trust our leaders to lead.

You'll be empowered to take ownership, supported by a leadership team that believes in openness and doing the right thing. Working collaboratively within a growing leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to influence the wider business while helping shape its future.

We're looking for an experienced District Manager with experience in a similar multi-site leadership role, ideally bringing a blend of hospitality and coffee sector experience. Most importantly, you'll share our passion for developing people, creating exceptional customer experiences and leading with authenticity. As this is a hands-on leadership role, you'll need to live within 30 minutes of your nearest store. If you're motivated by purpose, culture and the opportunity to leave a lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you.

This role covers our Southwest district in the Southwest/Cornwall area and the stores are:

Plymouth
Truro CX
Truro High St
Plymouth DTU
