Job Title: Fulfilment & Operations Team Leader

About the Role
Never M1ss is looking for a motivated, organised and hands-on Fulfilment & Operations Team Leader to lead our warehouse and fulfilment operation.
This is a working Team Leader position, not a desk-based management role. You will spend the majority of your day picking and packing customer orders alongside your team while ensuring the warehouse operates efficiently and all daily targets are achieved.
As Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising the Garment Preparation Assistants and Pick & Pack Assistants, ensuring stock is prepared correctly, customer orders are dispatched on time and the team consistently meets performance expectations.
You will also be expected to achieve your own individual picking and packing targets while driving the performance of your team.
Key Responsibilities
Picking & Packing (Primary Responsibility)
- Accurately pick customer orders following live sales.
- Pack customer orders efficiently, securely and to a high standard.
- Meet and exceed your own daily picking, packing and accuracy targets.
- Prioritise urgent orders to ensure dispatch deadlines are achieved.
- Carry out quality checks before orders leave the warehouse.
- Work alongside your team throughout every shift, leading by example.
Team Leadership
- Supervise Garment Preparation Assistants and Pick & Pack Assistants.
- Allocate workloads and monitor productivity throughout the day.
- Ensure all daily operational targets are achieved.
- Train, coach and support team members.
- Prepare weekly staff rotas.
- Manage annual leave requests and attendance.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback.
- Monitor team KPIs and implement improvements where required.
- Escalate operational issues to senior management when necessary.
Warehouse Operations
- Ensure customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
- Maintain stock organisation and replenishment.
- Ensure all garments are prepared correctly before fulfilment.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
- Promote efficiency, teamwork and high standards across the operation.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous warehouse, fulfilment or retail operations experience.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is desirable.
- Experience in picking and packing customer orders.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team by example.
- Reliable, punctual and proactive.

Working Pattern
- 35 hours per week.

- This role requires a commitment to staying until the day’s workload has been completed. Finishing time may vary depending on order volumes and operational requirements.

Important Notice
This is a working Team Leader role. You are expected to actively pick and pack orders throughout every shift while leading your team. Management responsibilities do not replace operational duties. You will be expected to achieve your own performance targets while ensuring your team delivers against all operational KPIs.
Flexibility is essential. Never M1ss operates in a fast-paced live-selling environment where workloads can vary significantly. The successful candidate must be prepared to work additional hours when required and remain on shift until all priority orders have been processed and the operation is complete.
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
