LOCATION: Covering the South West (Exeter - Cornwall) Occasional travel to Telford.
HOURS: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00 Friday. (1 hour lunch)
Job Purpose:
To manage and control customer supply only and supply & fit contracts on Doors and Windows/To carry out minor adjustments where necessary whilst attending site
Key Accountabilities:

Manage a team of sub-contractors within allocated region
-
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site, and appointed installers
-
Ensuring all projects meet agreed technical standards
-
Responsible for audits and inspections for doors and windows
-
High standard of communication internally and externally
Key Experiences and Skills Required:
-
Knowledge and Experience of both Social and New Build sectors
-
Knowledge and understanding of relevant Window & Door legislation
-
Provide a high level of employment history in Site Management
-
Knowledge of installation of windows and doors

CSCS Card

First aid at work

Asbestos Awareness trained

SMSTS (preferred)
