Customer Service Advisor (Nights)

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our Night Customer Service team. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless order processing and customer support during evening operations.

You will be responsible for handling a range of customer and order management tasks. This is a fast-paced role requiring accuracy, strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Input and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Process customer credits and resolve related queries.
Liaise with the Day Customer Service Team and Night Assembly Team to ensure smooth operational handover and issue resolution.
Handle customer service queries via phone, email and live chat.
Manage outbound calls for customer call-back requests.
Monitor and respond to live website enquiries and customer requests.
Support invoicing and crediting processes across third-party online ordering portals.
Ensure all customer interactions are handled in a timely, professional and accurate manner.
Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service or order processing role.
Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
Comfortable using multiple systems for order entry, invoicing and customer management.
