Beatbox Leisure Ltd has been operating since 2014 and is behind some of the area’s best-known late-night venues. We are currently looking for confident, reliable, and approachable individuals to join our growing security and customer safety team across Ayr and Prestwick, including busy venues such as Harleys.

The Role
We are recruiting SIA Door Supervisors and Taxi Marshalls to help create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for customers enjoying South Ayrshire’s nightlife.
The role involves providing a professional security presence, managing queues and busy trading periods, assisting with customer dispersal and taxi coordination, and responding to incidents calmly and professionally when required. You will also work closely with venue management, local authorities, and neighbouring businesses to help maintain a safe and positive atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Reliability and good timekeeping are essential, along with the confidence to work in busy nightlife environments as part of a team. Previous experience in security, hospitality, or customer-facing roles would be beneficial, but is not essential.
Candidates must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence and be available to work evenings and weekends, particularly Wednesday to Sunday.
