We also have a new start business growth agency we launched in 2024 which powers our group, Trailblazing Digital is based around helping SME grow, providing lead generating websites, CRM systems, AI solutions, automation, digital lead generation and digital marketing services to businesses and sports organisations across the UK.
As both businesses continue to grow, we are investing heavily in AI, automation, CRM technology and customer experience.
We're looking for an ambitious, technology-focused CRM, AI & Automation Developer to help us build and optimise our systems, automate processes and increase sales conversion rates across both businesses.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves technology, systems, AI and process improvement and wants to play a key role in helping ambitious businesses scale.

Your mission is simple:
Help us generate more revenue by improving every stage of the customer journey.
You'll take ownership to help improve and build out our CRM systems, customer journeys, reporting dashboards, automations and AI implementation while working closely with senior management to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Customer Journey Management
- Manage and optimise our Go High Level CRM systems
- Improve lead management processes
- Build and enhance customer journeys
- Develop automated follow-up campaigns
- Improve survey booking and sales conversion rates
- Create customer retention and referral processes
AI & Automation
- Build and manage automated workflows
- Implement AI-powered solutions across departments
- Introduce automation to reduce manual administration
- Integrate systems using Zapier, Make.com and APIs
- Develop SMS, email and lead nurture automations
- Research and implement new AI tools and technologies
Reporting & Business Intelligence
- Build and maintain management dashboards
- Track key sales and marketing KPIs
- Analyse conversion rates and customer behaviour
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports
- Provide recommendations based on data and insights
Growth & Revenue Optimisation
- Improve lead response times
- Increase conversion rates
- Identify bottlenecks within the customer journey
- Test new ideas and customer experiences
- Support business growth through process improvement
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience managing CRM systems
- Experience building automation workflows
- Strong understanding of Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Experience using Zapier, Make.com or similar automation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and proactive approach
