Full job description

Overview

BLAST Boxing CIC is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Pilates Instructor to join our fitness team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through Pilates sessions, promoting physical well-being, and fostering a motivating environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your expertise in sports coaching and anatomy, helping clients achieve their fitness goals in a professional setting.

Duties

Lead engaging and safe Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels
Develop customised programmes to meet individual client needs and objectives
Demonstrate proper technique and posture to ensure effective and safe exercise execution
Monitor client progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming studio environment
Stay informed about the latest Pilates techniques and industry best practices
Support clients in understanding the benefits of Pilates for overall health and fitness

Experience

Proven experience in sports coaching or fitness instruction, preferably with Pilates or similar disciplines
Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and engage diverse groups of clients
In-depth knowledge of human anatomy relevant to Pilates exercises
Certification in Pilates instruction recognised by relevant professional bodies is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanour

This role is ideal for individuals committed to promoting health and wellness through expert instruction. The position provides an opportunity to inspire clients on their fitness journey while advancing your professional skills within a supportive environment.

Pay: £20.00-£25.00 per hour
