We are looking for a Senior Technology Manager who can provide technical direction across a range of digital initiatives. You will work closely with technology specialists, business stakeholders, and external partners to improve systems, strengthen technical standards, and support the delivery of reliable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy: Develop and maintain technology plans that support business priorities, operational efficiency, and long term digital improvement.
Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to technology teams and help establish practical standards for architecture, infrastructure, applications, security, and service delivery.
Project Delivery: Oversee technology workstreams from planning through implementation, ensuring projects meet agreed requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
Systems Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve existing platforms, automate processes, reduce operational risks, and increase system reliability.
Stakeholder Management: Work with business leaders, suppliers, technical specialists, and project teams to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
Team Development: Support and mentor technology professionals, encourage knowledge sharing, and contribute to a strong culture of continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 6+ years of experience in technology, IT management, systems delivery, digital transformation, or a related field, including experience providing technical leadership.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of enterprise applications, cloud technologies, systems integration, technology infrastructure, and modern digital platforms.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to coordinate technical teams, manage competing priorities, and provide clear direction without relying on an executive management title.
Project Experience: Experience delivering complex technology projects involving multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and business functions.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Mindset: You are commercially aware, pragmatic, organised, and comfortable making informed technology decisions while balancing business requirements, risk, cost, and long term value.
Pay: £6,000.00-£7,500.00 per month
