At The Edinburgh Catering Company, we are looking for enthusiastic and reliable bartenders to join our team, delivering exceptional service at large-scale, high-end events including weddings, corporate functions, and premium venue experiences all over Scotland.
This is a flexible role, which could be as a supplement to your existing job or as a guaranteed, permeant job for the right candidate.
The salary bracket ranges so significantly depending on your experience, we are keen to hear from you whether you are a new bartender, or experienced mixologist with management experience.

About the role:
You’ll be part of a professional bar team serving drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of service, even during busy, high-pressure events.
Ideal candidates will have:

Experience:
- Previous bartending experience (1 year preferred)
