Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality hair styling and barbering services tailored to each client's preferences.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer expert advice on styles and treatments.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding aftercare instructions and product recommendations.
Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and products within the hairdressing industry.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hair styling and barbering, with relevant qualifications or certifications preferred.
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clients.
Customer service experience, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction.
Knowledge of current hair trends, styling techniques, and grooming products.
