Job Title: Junior/Mid-Level Business Analyst

Job Overview:
As a Junior/Mid-Level Business Analyst, you will work closely with senior analysts, stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support strategic decision-making. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for problem-solving, strong analytical thinking, and a desire to grow in a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Documentation:

Elicit, gather, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments
Ensure requirements are accurate, complete, and aligned with business objectives

Process Analysis & Reporting:

Perform business process analysis to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities
Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories) to support project delivery
Assist in generating business recommendations to support decision-making

Solution Design & Support:

Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams
Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validating that delivered solutions meet business needs

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

Work with cross-functional teams (business, IT, and project management) to understand and prioritize business needs
Present findings, recommendations, and process improvements in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on business analysis methodologies, tools, and industry trends
Support senior analysts in advanced business analysis and strategic projects

Required Skills & Qualifications:

0-3 years of professional experience in business analysis, IT, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong academic or internship projects welcome to apply)
Technical Skills:
Exposure to the financial domain is a plus, not required
Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and validation
Familiarity with Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Exposure to process modeling or diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus
Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies (optional but beneficial)
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Communication: Ability to explain business requirements and recommendations clearly
Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to grow in a fast-paced IT environment

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):

Internship or academic projects involving business or process analysis
Familiarity with project management concepts
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or ERP/CRM systems
