Full job description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Fulfilment Operative to support our warehouse operations. As a Fulfilment Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a fast-paced environment that demands attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure that all products are handled and stored with care.
Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and HLOP, in a safe and responsible manner.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Meet or exceed productivity targets and work efficiently to meet customer demands.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

Previous experience working in a warehouse or fulfilment role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using technology and WMS (experience of (Mintsoft) is preferred)
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for lengthy periods of time.
Forklift certification is an asset but not essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
