We're now looking for a Control Room Analyst
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily warehouse operations, including real-time shift performance and reporting on volume and staffing levels
- Ensure the operation is appropriately resourced to meet throughput targets and adapt quickly to changing volumes and priorities
- Manage and coordinate agency labour, including ordering, tracking attendance, and addressing any conduct or absence issues
- Support team performance and people processes, including 1-2-1s, training programmes, holiday planning, and absence management
- Produce and share performance reports and operational updates, maintaining accurate records and communication across the wider team
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and desktop applications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to use initiative
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
