Monday 9.45am-6.15pm
Tuesday 12pm-8.15pm
Wednesday 9.45am-8.15pm
Thursday 9.45am-6.15pm
Friday 9.45am-4.15pm

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced clinic manager to join our award winning team. Your main role will be to lead the team, sales and working closely with the directors to ensure high standards. Tasks involve managing the team, ensuring a seamless patient journey for our patients, as well as Clinic administration.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum 2 Years of patient care & aesthetics experience
Sales/Lead conversions
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Good administration & organisation skills with data entry, Excel, & outlook
Passionate about the aesthetics & medical aesthetics industry
Enthusiasm to be part of a high achieving clinic
Patient focused to ensure they get the care they require
Minimum 2 years management experience

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Confident using initiative and working independently
Competent with emails, telephone systems, and general administration
