We're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing in-house recruitment team, working directly alongside our Recruitment Director to help attract exceptional people to one of the UK's fastest-growing dental groups.

About the Role
This is not your average recruitment role.
You'll be responsible for identifying, attracting and recruiting exceptional talent across our expanding UK business, helping us build high-performing teams that drive our continued success.
From Sales and Marketing to Finance, Technology, Dental Nurses and Dentists, you'll recruit across a wide variety of exciting positions, giving you exposure to every part of the business.

What You'll Be Doing
- Recruiting exceptional talent across all Space Dental locations throughout the UK.
- Managing vacancies across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology, Clinical and Support Services.
- Advertising roles across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Searching for outstanding candidates using job boards, LinkedIn and direct sourcing.
- Screening CVs and conducting telephone interviews.
- Arranging interviews and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers across the business.
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment journey.
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and helping promote Space Dental as an employer of choice.
