As a CBREPlumbing Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, andmaintenance of plumbing systems.
This job is part of theEngineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible forproviding support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You’ll Do: Perform all plumbing repairs and maintenance on an assigned property or building. Install new construction equipment in accordance with established procedures. Ensure proper installation of fixtures and systems. Maintain existing installations within the scope of practice for safety purposes. Maintain accurate records regarding work performed including time spent working on projects. Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations concerning water treatment systems.
Use existing procedures to solvestraightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercisediscretion.
Impact through clearly definedduties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
Deliver own output by followingdefined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
Provide Fabric and Mechanical supportonsite – various site operational support.
PPM Legionalla monitoring
Contactor assisting
What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma, GED, or tradeschool diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma,a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Legionella Awareness Level 2Qualification
Unvented Hot Water SystemsQualification
Meet the physical requirements ofthis role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, andthe ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Ability to follow basic work routinesand standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchangestraightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Officeproducts. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with aninquisitive mindset.
