This position is designed for a PhD graduate from a UK or US university with a strong understanding of the doctoral admissions process, academic research methodology, and scholarly communication.

You will act as a trusted academic advisor, shaping the next generation of researchers through rigorous mentorship and precise application strategy.

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to global higher education by helping talented students reach their full academic potential. You will uphold the highest standards of excellence, ensuring that every student’s proposal, research vision, and academic portfolio meet the expectations of leading UK and US universities.

Provide detailed academic feedback aligned with UK and US academic standards

Conduct mock PhD interviews and deliver structured feedback
Coach students on academic communication, presentation, and articulation of research motivation
Communicate with professors to assess supervision compatibility and guide students on professional outreach
Evaluate students’ understanding of their research questions and methods
Assess research proposal depth, logic, and feasibility, and provide systematic improvement suggestions
Participate in online meetings between students and supervisors when needed
