Social Media Manager (Freelance / Part-Time)

We're looking for a creative and proactive Freelance Social Media Manager to help elevate both our corporate brand and the personal brands of our network of high-performing agents.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands premium branding, storytelling and social media strategy.

You'll be responsible for planning, creating and managing engaging content that reflects the Tyron Ash brand across multiple platforms. Working closely with our leadership team, agents and recruitment department, you'll help showcase our people, properties and culture through high-quality digital content.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging social media content for Tyron Ash International across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
Develop branded content that supports our network of luxury real estate agents in building their personal brands.
Produce operational content including recruitment campaigns, company updates, events, achievements and behind-the-scenes content.
Write compelling captions and ensure all content aligns with the Tyron Ash tone of voice and brand guidelines.
Schedule and manage content calendars.
Monitor social media performance and suggest ways to improve engagement and reach.
Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates and emerging content styles.
Work collaboratively with our recruitment, marketing and leadership teams to deliver campaigns.
Capture and edit video content where required (or work with supplied footage).

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has proven experience managing business social media accounts.
Is highly creative with excellent copywriting skills.
Has strong video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
Understands luxury branding and premium marketing.
Can create content that feels authentic, engaging and commercially effective.
Is organised, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Is confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Has experience using scheduling platforms such as Buffer, Later or Meta Business Suite.
Understands analytics and can make data-driven recommendations.

Desirable

Experience within real estate, recruitment or luxury brands.
Photography and videography experience.
Graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience creating paid social campaigns.
