Advanced Beauty Therapist / Skin Practitioner
We are preparing to launch a new premium eye, skin and aesthetics clinic and are looking for an experienced, professional and commercially confident Beauty Therapist to join the team.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a new and growing clinic from an early stage, with the potential to develop alongside the business and progress into more advanced treatment delivery over time.
The clinic will have a strong focus on advanced skin health, facial rejuvenation, light-based treatments, radiofrequency technology and premium client care. We are therefore looking for someone who is confident in traditional beauty therapy but also has a genuine interest in progressing within advanced skin and aesthetic treatments.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments, carrying out professional consultations, building long-term client relationships and supporting clients through personalised treatment plans.
The role may include:
- Advanced facial and skin treatments
- Skin consultations and treatment planning
- Clinical and results-focused skincare
- Radiofrequency and advanced skin technology
- Light-based skin treatments following appropriate training and qualification
- Microneedling and advanced facial treatments, where qualified
- Treatment preparation and aftercare
- Progress photography and client reviews
- Recommending suitable treatment programmes and skincare
- Supporting package sales and client retention
- Maintaining excellent clinical, hygiene and treatment standards
- Contributing to the continued growth and development of the clinic
Full manufacturer and treatment-specific training will be provided where required and subject to previous qualifications, competency and insurance requirements.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
- A minimum recognised Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy
- Strong facial and skincare knowledge
- Previous experience working within a salon, clinic, spa or aesthetics environment
- Excellent consultation and communication skills
- A professional, polished and client-focused approach
- Confidence discussing treatment recommendations and longer-term treatment programmes
- High standards of cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider clinical team
- A genuine interest in advanced skin health, technology-led treatments and aesthetics
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
The following would be advantageous but are not essential:
- Level 4 Laser and IPL qualification
- Advanced skin or aesthetic qualifications
- Microneedling qualification
- Chemical peel training
- Radiofrequency treatment experience
- Experience using advanced facial or energy-based devices
- Previous experience within a medical aesthetics, dermatology or clinical skin environment
- Experience carrying out consultations and converting suitable clients into treatment courses or packages
Applicants who hold Level 3 and demonstrate strong experience, professionalism and a clear desire to progress into advanced treatments are also encouraged to apply.

This is not intended to be a traditional beauty salon role. The clinic will focus on advanced skin health, technology-led treatments, personalised treatment programmes and a premium client experience.

Pay: £13.00-£18.00 per hour
