Veterinary Surgeon – Autonomy & Growth Opportunity | Daventry

If you’re an experienced, confident vet looking for more autonomy and the chance to shape your clinical focus, this could be the perfect next step.

Based in our Medivet Daventry practice, this role would suit someone comfortable with sole charge who enjoys building strong client relationships and developing their own caseload over time.

With an established client base already in place, this is a great opportunity to further grow your clinical interests, whether surgical or medical, while making a real impact locally.

The role

Full-time: 40 hours across 4 days (part-time considered)
1 in 3 Saturdays or 1 in 6 full weekends at Leamington Spa 24 Hour Hospital
No out-of-hours

You’re a qualified MRCVS with a passion for clinical excellence and client care. You want to make a real difference in a practice that values and supports you.

Typically, in this role, you’ll:

Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients in consults and surgery to the highest standards of regulatory, practice and operational compliance

Share your skills, inspiring others and supporting our Medivet communities’ development
