At 444 Approved Used, we pride ourselves on selling high-quality, meticulously prepared used vehicles backed by exceptional customer service. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our friendly team.
This is a varied role that combines administration, vehicle preparation, photography, social media content creation and customer service. No two days are the same.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Photographing vehicles to a high standard.
- Recording walk-around videos for YouTube, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Presenting vehicles on camera and confidently describing their features and specification.
- Uploading vehicle images and videos to our advertising platforms.
- Processing V5 registration documents and warranty paperwork.
- Listing vehicles on Facebook Marketplace and other online platforms.
- Assisting customers in person, over the phone and by email.
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration.
- Helping to keep vehicle records accurate and organised.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, confident and professional.
- Comfortable speaking on camera.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Keen to learn new skills and develop within the business.
Desirable Skills
These aren't essential, but would certainly be an advantage:
- Knowledge of cars and vehicle specifications.
- Experience creating content for YouTube, TikTok, Facebook or Instagram.
- Photography or videography experience.
- Previous motor trade or sales experience.
- Experience using Facebook Marketplace or other online selling platforms.
- Basic image or video editing skills.
Hours
- 5 days per week, including Saturdays.
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm.
- Saturday: 9:00am to 4:00pm.
- One weekday off.
