At Vertu Peugeot Exeter, we're looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our successful and welcoming team. About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be at the heart of the customer journey, acting as the key link between our customers and our workshop team. You'll ensure every customer receives a professional, seamless experience from the moment they arrive, keeping them informed throughout the service and repair process and building trust every step of the way.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming customers and understanding their servicing and repair requirements
Managing the customer journey from vehicle drop-off through to collection
Liaising with technicians and keeping customers updated on vehicle progress
Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services
Ensuring customer expectations are exceeded and satisfaction levels remain high
Following up with customers after their visit to ensure they are delighted with the service received

What We're Looking For

Previous customer-facing experience is essential for this role, and whilst automotive Service Advisor experience would be advantageous, it's not a requirement. We are keen to hear from candidates who have a genuine passion for customer service and relationship building.

You'll be successful if you have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
The ability to build trust and long-lasting customer relationships
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment
A positive, proactive approach and the desire to learn and develop
