We’re looking for a skilled aluminium fabricator to join our team.
This role is for someone who can work independently, maintain strong output, and produce consistent quality — not a basic or trainee position.
The Role
- Fabricating aluminium windows and doors
- Working from drawings and specs
- Using workshop machinery safely
- Keeping work to a high standard with minimal rework

- Able to work without constant supervision
- Consistent output and quality
- Confident reading drawings
- Can solve problems without relying on others
Team Responsibility
- Help keep production flowing
- Support less experienced team members
- Lead by example on quality and work rate
Important
This role is not suited to someone still learning or needing close supervision.
Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
