Window Cleaning Co is a growing exterior cleaning business covering Liverpool and the Wirral.
We're looking for a reliable, hard-working person to join our team.
Experience isn't essential. We can teach the job.
What we can't teach is attitude.

The Role
This is a varied outdoor role and will include:
- Window cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
- Fascia and soffit cleaning
- Pressure washing / jet washing
- Residential and commercial work
- Looking after equipment and company vehicle
- Providing excellent customer service
No two days are exactly the same.
You'll work across Liverpool and the Wirral with structured daily routes and support from an established business.
Pay & Benefits
- £100 per day guaranteed
- Performance bonuses available
- Typical earnings of £120–£140 per day
- Strong performers can earn £150–£170+ per day
- Weekly pay
- Company van provided during working hours
- Overtime available
- Saturday work available for those who want extra earnings
Hours & Working Pattern
- Monday to Friday
- Minimum 47.5 hours per week
- Overtime available
- Saturday work available
Most days start from our Wallasey base at 8am and typically finish around 4pm.
Some commercial work requires earlier starts, including occasional 6am starts for city centre contracts.
What We're Looking For
- Full UK driving licence required
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors year round
- Positive attitude
- Honest and trustworthy
- Friendly and professional with customers
- Willing to work hard and learn
Experience in window cleaning is helpful but not essential.
Experience in outdoor or physical roles such as construction, landscaping, grounds maintenance, delivery driving or similar is an advantage.
