Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Healthcare Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing qualified healthcare professionals across various settings. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your relationship management and recruitment skills within a fast-paced environment. The position is paid and ideal for individuals passionate about human resources and healthcare staffing.

Responsibilities

Lead generation through various channels including social media management, job boards, and professional networks to attract suitable candidates
Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and HRIS platforms to ensure efficient candidate data management
Conduct screening interviews and coordinate assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for healthcare roles
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clients, and internal teams to facilitate successful placements
Utilise Salesforce and other CRM tools to track candidate progress and client interactions
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment strategies
Coordinate interview schedules, onboarding processes, and compliance documentation in line with organisational policies
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, labour laws, and best practices in human resources within the healthcare sector

Qualifications

Proven experience in lead generation, relationship management, or recruitment within healthcare or human resources environments
Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft or similar systems
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike
Knowledge of social media management tools for effective talent sourcing and employer branding
Proficiency in HRIS systems including HRIS software and Salesforce CRM tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced setting
Organised with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Prior experience working with staffing software such as Workday or Taleo is highly desirable
