Job Description:
WeConstructUK Ltd are looking for an experienced floor layer to join our growing team working on social housing refurbishment and planned maintenance projects.
The role will mainly involve:
- Installation of Polysafe vinyl flooring
- Cap & cove installations
- Welding and finishing
- Floor preparation and latex screeding where required
- Working in occupied and void properties
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer service
Requirements:
- Proven experience fitting cap & cove and Polysafe vinyl
- Full UK driving licence
- Own tools
- CSCS card required (skilled)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional and quality focused
